Job summary

Stormont Vail HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Integrity and Compliance to direct and advance the enterprise-wide compliance program.

You will design initiatives, educate staff, and ensure adherence to laws, regulations and accreditation standards, including coding, billing and medical record documentation. The role partners with leaders, oversees investigations, and drives continuous improvement while reporting to system leaders and governance bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Law or related field.
• 3 years healthcare compliance leadership experience required; auditing and coding knowledge preferred.
• Experience with incident investigations and regulatory requirements is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain corporate compliance policies across Stormont Vail Health.
• Orient and train leaders to ensure policy adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise training on CMS, Stark, HIPAA and related state laws for staff.
• Review allegations of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Lead risk assessments, monitoring, performance metrics and corrective plans.
• Travel 10% to Stormont Vail Health worksites as needed.
