Job summary

The position reports to the Chief Legal Officer, with dotted line to the Board, and emphasizes training, auditing, and continuous improvement across Legal, HR, Engineering, Product, Security, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA strongly preferred.
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or similar compliance certification desirable.
• 6-10 years of healthcare regulatory/compliance leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, oversee, and monitor the corporate compliance program.
• Lead risk assessments identifying HIPAA/HITECH, data privacy, and other regulatory risks.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls for compliance.
• Provide guidance to senior leadership on ethical values and compliant operations.
• Direct the Compliance Committee and coordinate cross-functional representation.
