Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• 3 years healthcare compliance leadership experience.
• 2 years incident/investigation experience.
• Experience auditing billing and coding environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and maintain corporate compliance policies and practices used across Stormont Vail Health.
• Orient and train leaders to assure compliance with policies and applicable laws.
• Supervise compliance training on CMS billing, coding requirements, Stark, Anti-kickback, HIPAA and related state laws.
• Assist HIPAA Privacy Officer in carrying out responsibilities.
• Review and investigate allegations of non-compliance and implement corrective actions as warranted.
• Define, design and implement policies and programs to maintain a culture of compliance and integrity.
• Develop, implement and manage program budgets to support effective financial planning.
• Monitor and report on program performance indicators and benchmark results.
• Ensure audits, reviews and assessments meet regulatory requirements including CMS, DOJ, OIG, JCAHO.
