Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years healthcare compliance experience required.
• 2 years experience with incident/investigation required.
• Audits/quality control in compliance environment preferred.
• HIPAA, False Claims Act, Stark laws familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain corporate compliance policies across Stormont Vail Health.
• Orient and train leaders to ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws.
• Supervise training on CMS billing/coding, Stark, Anti-kickback, HIPAA and related laws.
• Review investigations of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Design and implement compliance programs and education initiatives.
• Develop and manage program budgets for cost-efficient operation.
• Monitor program performance indicators and prepare reports.
• Ensure audits and assessments maintain compliance with federal and state rules.
