Job summary

Theisen's Home Farm Auto seeks a Chief Revenue Officer to serve as the operational leader bridging strategy to execution. You will oversee Marketing and Merchandising, partnering with Operations, Finance, Distribution, IT, and People to unify growth initiatives and drive measurable results.

As EOS Integrator, you will standardize processes, strengthen cross-functional coordination, and execute with discipline across multiple locations while preserving Theisen's entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership across sales, marketing, and/or merchandising.
• Experience building or improving systems, processes, or data infrastructure inside a growing organization.
• Track record of developing leaders and driving accountability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Revenue strategy and performance across all channels, in direct partnership with the CEO and executive team.
• Direct leadership of Marketing and Merchandising with unified planning, budgeting, and go-to-market execution under one growth strategy with full P&L accountability.
• Partner with functional leaders to strengthen and standardize key business processes across the organization.
