Integrated Connections LLC in Medford, Oregon is seeking experienced Integrative/Functional/Preventative Primary Care Providers (MD, DO, FNP, PA) to join our multidisciplinary team in Medford and Eagle Point clinics. This is a Full-Time position offering 32 patient hours per week with competitive compensation and benefits, plus relocation or sign-on options.

Qualifications

• Active MD/DO licensure; eligible for medical board certification (Oregon).
• Experience in primary care settings; knowledge of integrative/functional medicine preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic, Athenahealth) and patient documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations.
