Job summary

Voda Integrative Medical Clinic in Oregon is hiring a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult‑Gerontology NP, MD, or DO for in‑clinic care. Candidates should have at least two years in primary or urgent care and a strong interest in functional medicine, with in‑person patient interaction daily.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP license for duration of employment.
• Active AANP or ANCC certification and remain certified during employment.
• Graduated from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients.
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
• Include 3 professional references with your application submission.
