Job summary

Voda Medical Clinic in Oregon is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology NP, MD, or DO to join our integrative care team. In this role, you will provide in-person primary or urgent care with a strong interest in functional medicine and mentor new clinicians.

You will diagnose illnesses, prescribe treatments, perform exams, and coordinate referrals; our clinic emphasizes holistic care, hormone optimization, nutrition, IV therapy, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP license.
• Active AANP or ANCC certification.
• Graduate from an accredited NP program.
• At least two years of primary or urgent care experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations.
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals.
