OnePeak Medical is seeking a Locum Tenens Provider to support our Northern Oregon clinics. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time options, with coverage across multiple Medford area locations, including Eugene, The Dalles, and Bend.

Expect 3-month assignments with possible extension in a supportive, patient-centered practice. The candidate should hold an Oregon license (or be eligible) with Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine and 2+ years in clinical care.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as NP/PA/MD/DO or eligibility.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or applicable specialty.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience; functional/integrative medicine a plus.
• Proficient in electronic health records; NextGen experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care via office visits, telehealth, and same-day appointments.
• Perform assessments, order/interpret labs/imaging, diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions and therapies.
• Educate patients on preventive and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and staff.
• Document visits in NextGen EHR timely and compliant.
• Participate in meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions.
• Support clinic operations and foster a team-oriented environment.
