Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Technical Support Engineer – Integrations to join a fast-paced, tech-focused team.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electronic, software, and networked systems, supporting field engineers and product teams to deliver reliable integrations. The role requires hands-on experience with authentication systems, email troubleshooting, web services, network tools, and scripting with JavaScript.

Qualifications

Experience with authentication/user management systems such as LDAP/AD and SSO.
Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting Email (Office 365, Exchange).
Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP/REST) and API usage.
Hands-on network troubleshooting (Ping, Telnet).
Experience with bi-directional integrations and scripting in JavaScript.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product teams.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex electronic and software systems.
Escalate to engineering when first-line support cannot resolve issues.
Report design, reliability, and maintenance issues to engineering teams.
Understand company platform and cloud troubleshooting practices to resolve issues.
