Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage all system integrations related to our platform.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with teams to design, consume, and troubleshoot integrations between disparate systems.
• Document data flows and integration processes accurately, especially given the current state of fragmented and undocumented connections.
• Work with middleware or ETL-type solutions to facilitate effective system communication.
• Maintain a strong understanding of both legacy enterprise systems and modern cloud infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with hierarchical (non-relational) database structures; AS400 experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in designing, consuming, and troubleshooting REST APIs between different systems.
• Solid SQL skills for data querying and reconciliation across legacy and contemporary systems.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure management, including standing up, monitoring, and maintaining cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Ability to think in terms of system communication and data flow, not just application development.
• Disciplined approach to documenting workflows and integration flows as work progresses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with older enterprise systems and familiarity with hierarchical/legacy database systems.
• Experience with middleware or ETL solutions to support system integrations.
• Previous experience supporting cloud-based systems, particularly with AWS.
• Strong documentation practices to map and record system interactions and flows.
