Stoke Space in the United States is seeking a Software Development Manager on the Integrations team to lead the group building and maintaining Boltline integrations. The role blends people management, product ownership, and hands-on technical contribution while coordinating with stakeholders and technical leads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development.
• Strong IC experience in delivering SaaS systems.
• Experience driving product requirements and priority.
• Experience managing and leading technically strong developers.
• Experience with software integration practices and patterns.
• Excellent verbal/written communication.
• On-call/incident response participation.
• Ownership of features from design through production.

Responsibilities

• Manage the backlog and active projects for the team.
• Create detailed product requirements and set priority with the product team.
• Manage the team’s software development lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop individual team members’ careers.
• Oversee headcount, interviewing and hiring for the team.
• Perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to understand priority and scope.
• Build, operate and maintain integrations to multiple external platforms.
