Job summary

Stoke Space is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end integrations between Boltline and customer ERP/PLM systems. You will translate business requirements into technical plans and coordinate across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities include defining data mappings, API contracts, runningbooks, managing timelines and risks, and mentoring others in a fast-paced, compliant environment. ITAR compliance and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record managing complex software integration projects.
• Working knowledge of ERP/PLM data models and their integration points.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical scoping, planning, and delivery of integrations between Boltline and customer ERP/PLM systems.
• Define data mapping, API contracts, and sync logic between Boltline and external systems.
• Identify and resolve data integrity, latency, and error-handling issues across integrations.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and risk across concurrent integration projects.
• Document integration architecture and maintain runbooks for integrations.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer IT teams and partners.
• Coordinate with vendors and customer engineering teams on technical requirements.
• Translate customer business requirements into technical implementation plans with Solutions Engineering and Product.
• Develop custom scripts to drive non-product development needs.
