Job summary

Ours Privacy is hiring an Integrations Lead to own end-to-end integrations—from scoping to live deployments and ongoing optimization. You will coordinate with ad platforms, EHR, and CRM partners, troubleshoot data flow, and translate client needs into engineering specs.

A strong PM and clear communicator with CDP/analytics experience is essential. This remote-friendly role sits in our technical success team and reports to the Head of Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with the technical details: you read API docs, configure webhooks, and debug data flow issues with confidence, no software engineering background required.
• Prior experience in technical success, solutions engineering, implementation, or technical project management.
• A strong project manager who can run several projects at once and keep partners and clients aligned on timelines.
• A clear written and verbal communicator.
• Experience implementing a CDP, tag manager, analytics, or consent tool for clients.
• Resourceful and proactive: you spot problems early and fix them without being asked.
• Rigorous follow-through: you keep notes, close loops, and every client hears back from you.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, or event pipelines.
• Bonus: Ad platform APIs or server-side tracking (Meta CAPI, Google Ads API, GA4 Measurement Protocol)

Responsibilities

• Drive integrations from scoping through go-live, keeping timelines, owners, and next steps clear
• Work with integration partners, including ad platforms, EHR and CRM platforms, to align on requirements and move projects forward
• Troubleshoot integration issues, from payload inspection to root cause
• Support customers on live integrations, resolving issues and helping them get the most out of their integrations
• Turn customer and partner requirements into clear specs for engineering
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to surface integration patterns, opportunities to improve the platform, and client feedback in a structured, actionable way
• Keep integration documentation accurate and up to date
• Work with integration partners to drive awareness, adoption and co-marketing
• Test new integrations and document setup guides and best practices for broad client success and adoption
• Own and prioritize the integrations backlog
• Own new source and destination configuration for implementing clients
• Handle support tickets and troubleshooting alongside the support team, especially focused on data flow or integrations
• Run configuration reviews and walk clients through recommendations
