Job summary

Keystone is seeking an Integration Wave Manager to lead multiple agency integrations across Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits. You will own day-to-day wave execution, plan schedules, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery with adherence to standards.

You will collaborate with agency leadership, vendors, and internal stakeholders, drive risk management, and optimize processes to improve client experience. Willingness to travel ~15% and background check required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, organizational leadership, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience leading complex implementation, integration, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of insurance agency operations, acquisition integration, operational workflows, and change management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale enterprise implementation plans while managing multiple priorities, timelines, risks, and stakeholders across dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Experience partnering with agency leadership, vendors, and operational teams to drive outcomes.
• Exceptional project/program management, organizational, communication, and facilitation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience delivering executive-level presentations and updates; proficient with Smartsheet and MS 365.
• Hands-on experience with Applied Epic and enterprise software implementations.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple agency integrations within an assigned wave.
• Develop and manage wave project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.
• Drive execution discipline across workstreams, clarify priorities, and hold owners accountable for delivery.
• Monitor risks, issues, capacity, and performance; escalate and resolve as needed.
• Partner with agency leadership, stakeholders, and vendors for alignment and readiness.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, scope, and stage-gate compliance across the wave.
• Foster partnerships with internal teams to ensure successful integration delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, delivery efficiency, and client experience.
