Job description

• Act as the go-to expert for Applied Epic, configuring and optimizing the platform.
• Deploy and manage key systems like CRM, telephony, and analytics tools.

Operational Excellence:

• Own cross-agency SOPs and ensure consistent execution.
• Identify and fix operational gaps that affect sales, service, and data quality.

Post-Acquisition Integration:

• Manage the integration playbook for new agencies.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, IT, and sales teams for smooth onboarding.

Strategic Projects:

• Lead initiatives that drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Translate strategic goals into measurable projects and workflows.
