Job summary

MRC Global seeks an analytical and organized professional to provide project and implementation support within our Integrated Supply and Implementation processes. The role focuses on coordinating customer implementation projects and delivering timely reports.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, solid MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional college coursework recommended.
• Two-year college degree preferred, or five years' relevant business office experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn MRC-specific software.

• Provide monthly progress reports for all key Implementation activities.

• Report workplace hazards, injuries, or illness immediately.

Job Purpose

Education, Experience, & Ability Requirements

Any combination of requirements which provide knowledge & abilities necessary to perform:

• High school diploma plus two-year college degree or High School diploma and 5 years' experience in a business office.
• Strong PC skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Product, and the ability to learn MRC specific software.
• Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and ability to provide high level support.

Additional Qualifications

• Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status.
• Must have a current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record at all times.
• Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently in order to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions, and to respond to inquiries.
• Ability to understand and comply with MRC guidelines and expectations, to include Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.
