Job summary

AllianceHCM is seeking a full-time Integration Project Manager for an onsite role in The Woodlands, TX. You will lead technical discovery sessions with vendors, design custom integration workflows, and manage API-based connections across platforms.

This role requires coordinating with client IT and internal teams to ensure successful project deliveries. The position is Monday–Friday, onsite, with responsibilities spanning scoping, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and authentication protocols (OAuth2, API Keys).
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and professionally.
• Experience in troubleshooting data synchronization issues and mapping complex logic between disparate systems.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority integration projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Experience working closely with software developers, QA engineers, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with third-party vendors to understand their systems and design custom integration workflows.
• Configure and develop integrations using APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools, ensuring seamless connectivity.
• Manage the full lifecycle of integration projects from scoping to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between client IT teams and internal engineering and product teams to resolve complex challenges.
