Job summary

Envestnet seeks a product management professional to drive integration capabilities across the Open ENV platform, focusing on APIs, data flows, and partner connectivity. You will translate business needs into integration specifications and collaborate with engineering, compliance, and business teams.

You’ll own backlog items, support release planning, and contribute to roadmap planning while delivering scalable, secure integrations for financial advisory clients in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, tech, or product management).
• Experience in product management, software delivery, APIs, integrations, or related disciplines.
• Experience with integration technologies including APIs and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills with the ability to build consensus.
• Business sense with a technical inclination and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders, clients and partners to translate business needs into integration specifications.
• Develop data mappings, acceptance criteria, and integration workflows for engineering teams.
• Coordinate implementation activities with engineering and partner teams, including testing and validation.
• Support design, build, and deployment of RESTful APIs and data extracts; contribute to backlog refinement and roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure integrations aligned with product objectives.
