Job summary

Landscape Collective seeks an Integration & Optimization Lead to deliver a premium, “white glove” experience for affiliates, guiding them from acquisition through long-term partnership. You will work with affiliate staff to implement key business applications, standardize processes, and optimize branch performance.

Responsibilities include evaluating new software, documenting requirements, participating in UAT, supporting API and systems integration projects, and coaching teams to adopt

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive Aspire software usage and experience.
• Experience implementing or integrating business applications, preferred.
• Experience supporting API or systems integration projects and UAT, preferred.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft and other CRM/business management systems.
• Ability to travel to affiliate and branch locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to affiliates from acquisition through long-term partnership.
• Implement core business applications, including Aspire.
• Document and standardize operational processes to optimize branch performance.
• Champion BMPs, SOPs, and workflows across affiliates.
• Evaluate new software solutions, document requirements and workflows, and participate in UAT.
• Support API and systems integration projects, aligning tools with affiliate needs.
• Hold affiliate teams accountable to integration milestones and operational expectations.
• Track and report on Aspire go-live timelines and workflow standardization progress.
• Build trusted relationships at all levels of affiliate organizations.
