Job summary

Schill Grounds Management is seeking an Integration & Optimization Lead to deliver a white-glove experience for affiliates across the Landscape Collective. You will guide new and existing affiliates from acquisition through long-term partnership, implementing core business applications and standardizing workflows to boost branch performance.

You will evaluate software solutions, document requirements, participate in UAT, and support API or systems integration projects while building trusted

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
• Aspire software experience is required or highly preferred.
• Experience implementing or integrating business applications, preferred.
• Experience supporting API or systems integration projects and UAT, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to affiliates, guiding them from acquisition through long-term partnership.
• Implement core business applications (including Aspire).
• Document and standardize operational processes to optimize branch performance.
• Champion BMPs, SOPs, and workflows across affiliates.
• Evaluate new software solutions, document requirements and workflows, and participate in UAT.
• Support API and systems integration projects and ensure adoption.
• Track and report on go-live timelines, affiliate satisfaction, and workflow standardization.
