Systems Technology & Research, Inc. (STaR) seeks an Integration Lead / Operations Analyst in the Huntsville, AL area to support the Army’s UAS Project Office at Redstone Arsenal.

You will operationalize lessons learned and serve as a strategic advisor to the Integration Cell Director, applying cutting-edge AI, autonomy, and edge compute concepts. Qualifications

• Technology Passion & Ethos: Interest and literacy in AI, autonomy, uncrewed systems, and edge algorithms.
• Lessons Learned & Operational Translation: Capture feedback and convert findings into actionable changes.
• Strategic Military Operations Acumen: Understanding of US Army ops, Joint Staff planning, COCOM campaigns.
• Executive Communication: Experience briefing senior leaders (O-6/GO/SES).

Responsibilities

• Operationalize and institutionalize lessons learned; support the Integration Cell Director.
• Champion AI integration into LE concepts of employment; reduce human-in-the-loop dependencies.
• Challenge outdated planning dogmas; advocate speed-to-fleet via agile methods and MOSA.
• Coordinate with LE Product Office, Combatant Commands, ASCCs, and CoEs for synchronization.
• Drive CONOPS for uncrewed loitering munitions, swarm reconnaissance‑strike concepts.
• Design live injects, TTXs, and demonstrations to stress-test LE systems.
