Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking an IT Business Systems Architect to own and evolve the enterprise application landscape, spanning NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack. You will partner with Finance, People, Revenue, Clinical Operations, and Engineering to ensure secure, integrated, scalable systems with audit-ready controls.

You will lead discovery through hypercare, set standards, design integrations, and work with the AI Program team to embed automation and AI into business

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise IT, business systems, or solutions architecture (3+ years in architect role).
• Deep hands-on NetSuite experience: ERP, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, saved searches.
• Strong knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid; IAM/SSO.
• Proven ability to architect integrations across SaaS platforms using iPaaS, APIs, webhooks.
• Experience designing controls for SOX, HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance.
• Understanding of identity, access management, and zero-trust principles.

Responsibilities

• Own reference architecture for OpenLoop's business systems landscape and maintain current/target-state maps.
• Define enterprise standards for integrations, MDM, IAM, and environment/change management.
• Lead build-vs-buy analyses, vendor due diligence, and technical assessments.
• Collaborate with AI program team to embed AI and automation in workflows.
• Design and oversee integrations using iPaaS, REST/GraphQL APIs, and webhooks.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs with analysts.
