Company Overview

Bravo Communications Services LLC is leading the Identity Credential Access Management Next Gen Single Sign On (ICAM NG SSO) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This program aims to modernize the VA's Single Sign-On (SSO) technology to enhance security, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track deliverables for ICAM Projects

• Work closely with ICAM Integration Managers and the Integration Teams.
• Schedule and lead project meetings, publish agendas and notes, and follow up on action items.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies using tools like JIRA, or the Microsoft Tools suite.
• Assist with the documentation of IAM policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flows.
• Support audit and compliance requests related to identity governance and access controls.

Required Experience/Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT analyst experience, preferably in IAM, or infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts: least privilege, role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning, etc.
• Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana).
  Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.
