Figma is looking for an HRIS Analyst (Integrations + Security) to leverage your technical Workday skills to translate business needs into scalable and repeatable solutions. After 3 years on Workday, we have a solid foundation—now comes the exciting part of enhancing our processes and introducing new functionality! You will work on various projects including building new integrations, enhancing existing ones, a security revamp, compliance initiatives, and more.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

1. Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand business requirements, and design, configure, test, and launch new features and updates across multiple modules focusing on integrations and security.
2. Translate business requirements into simple, creative solutions; drive implementation of new integrations and enhancements.
3. Strategize on data governance policies and controls, and develop an integrations architecture in partnership with the team.
4. Configure business processes, build reports, update security groups, and upload data across Workday modules.
5. Ensure data integrity across Workday and integrated systems; manage Workday integrations.
6. Enhance and adhere to HRIS change control and peer review processes.
7. Document systems processes, procedures, and integrations.
8. Participate in developing the Workday roadmap.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

1. 4+ years of Workday configuration experience with strong knowledge of Workday HCM, business processes, security, and integrations.
2. Experience in architecting and troubleshooting integrations between systems—Studio integrations, Core connectors, SFTP, etc.; experience with Greenhouse ATS, Okta, Netsuite, Benefits vendors, Payroll vendors preferred.
3. Experience building out BIRT statements.
4. Experience with data governance and SOX compliance.
5. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate Workday-specific information effectively to various audiences.
