Job Title: Implementation Consultant

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Implementation Support Manager

Job Overview:

The Implementation Consultant will oversee the technical onboarding and integration of channel partners to the company’s payment platform. This role combines project management, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills to ensure a seamless integration experience and high partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Management:

• Lead the implementation process for channel partners, from initial scoping to full deployment.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including API guides and best practices.
• Collaborate with partners to understand and address their technical requirements.
  
  

Technical Support:

• Provide ongoing technical support during and after the implementation process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues in coordination with internal engineering teams.
  
  

Project Coordination:

• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for partner implementations.
• Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  
  

Collaboration:

• Work with the product team to prioritize and address implementation-related feature requests.
• Collaborate with sales, customer support, and other teams to ensure a unified approach to partner management.
  
  

Continuous Improvement:

• Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to enhance the implementation process and product.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in payment implementations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, implementations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and related technologies.
• Excellent project management skills with experience in agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
