UNC Finance and Operations seeks an Integrated Workplace Management Systems Administrator to lead the SPOTS module within Archibus. You will design, test, and implement upgrades, manage data reporting, and coordinate with IT and campus partners to maintain system integrity.
The role includes developing requirements, training users, and providing advisory services to stakeholders while ensuring compliance and effective workflows across campus facilities.
The Integrated Workplace Management Systems Administrator functions as a key member of the Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) team and as the project manager responsible for all aspects of the Space Planning and Occupancy Tracking System (SPOTS) to provide systems administration for the Archibus Software platform. Responsibilities include design, testing, development, and implementation of upgrades to the IWMS system. Provides system related desktop support for application users. Provides technical and advisory services collaboratively to the IWMS team and the campus stakeholders including matters related to designing reports, custom solutions, data reporting and compliance.
The primary focus is to acquire in-depth understanding of business processes and information systems currently utilized and identify unaddressed business needs. Develop improved requirements and procedures necessary for the implementation of new modules, integration with existing systems, staff training, and coordinating activities between system users and supporting departments including the Information Technology Services and other impacted departments.
