Job summary

VSC Fire & Security in Raleigh, North Carolina seeks an Integrated Systems Service Technician to service and repair fire alarm, intrusion, access control and CCTV systems, following plans and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience servicing fire alarm, security or camera systems.
• Able to read plans and follow written instructions with good communication.
• Reliable transportation and a valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, and repairs fire alarm, security, camera and access control systems.
• Troubleshoots malfunctions and tests proper operation.
• Programs systems and tests, and explains operation to clients.
• Be on call as required and serve as first point of contact for customers.
