VSC Fire & Security in Jonesboro, Arkansas is seeking an Integrated Systems Service Technician to service and repair fire alarm, intrusion, access control, CCTV, and related systems. You will install, test, troubleshoot, and support customers, following blueprints and NEC/NFPA codes.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of field experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication. Valid driver's license and willingness to be on-call support a team-focused, customer-first service operation.

Qualifications

Two to three years of servicing fire alarm, security, camera, or access control systems.
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety guidelines.
Desirable NICET or related certifications.

Responsibilities

Installs, tests, and repairs fire alarm, security, camera, access control, and suppression systems.
Troubleshoots malfunctions and responds to alarms and service calls.
Programs and tests systems to ensure proper operation.
Communicates with clients to diagnose issues and propose solutions.
Reads blueprints and plans to install and service based on layout.
Executes wiring, hardware installation, and electrical connections.
Ensures NEC/NFPA compliance and documents changes.
On-call support and remote troubleshooting as needed.
