You will oversee implementation of Integrated Supply solutions while maintaining quality service and cost controls. The position requires 4+ years in supply chain or related fields, with 2+ years of team leadership and a solid financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, distribution, manufacturing or a similar field.
• 2+ years of staff management with proven leadership ability.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to recognize cost-saving manufacturing applications.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret and manage by P&L expectations.
• Proficiency with MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to onsite customer teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Manages P&L to meet or exceed budgeted goals and drive profitability.
• Drives customer commitments and cost savings aligned to contracts.
• Demonstrates urgency in delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensures timely payment from local Integrated Supply customers according to contractual terms.
