Qualified candidates will have 4+ years in supply chain or related fields, experience managing teams, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, wholesale distribution, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or similar industry.
• Preferred 2+ years of staff management with a proven track record as a team leader.
• Strong ability to develop and cultivate customer relationships.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial and business acumen; understanding of P&L expectations.
• Proficiency with MS-Office products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and ability to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite customer teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Oversee staffing activities including interviewing, hiring, coaching, and disciplining associates.
• Manage profitability and achieve site budget goals through P&L oversight.
• Drive contractual commitments and customer cost savings at the local site.
• Demonstrate urgency in customer service to both external and internal customers.
