Responsibilities

• Connect the regional Delivery Capability strategy with the Great Lakes market needs.
• Develop go-to-market strategy and contribute to sales pipeline growth.
• Partner with Marketing and Operations to plan and execute thought leadership events.
• Own a revenue target of $2.5M.
• Lead a small team and mentor practitioners.
• Deliver as SME with 45% utilization.
