Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an Integrated Security Solutions Technician to service Commercial Integrated Security Systems, including Access Control, CCTV and Intrusion Alarm Systems.

The role requires approximately 50% travel across the United States and collaboration with customers, vendors, and subcontractors. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of video surveillance experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Service systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems and more.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide customer training and handle on-site assessments for service needs.
• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
• Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and part descriptions.
