DH Pace Company, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Integrated Security Solutions Technician to service and support electronic access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems at commercial sites.

The role requires at least 2 years in video surveillance, a valid driver's license, strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills; on-site work with training and opportunities for career growth in a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Service systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems and more.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide customer training and handle on-site assessments for service needs.
• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
• Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge of all parts, part numbers, and part descriptions.
• Other duties as assigned.
