The role involves collaborating with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations and ongoing service. Qualified applicants have at least 2 years in video surveillance, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Service systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide customer training and handle on-site assessments for service needs.
• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
