Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an Integrated Security Solutions Technician to service and support Commercial Integrated Security Systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Alarm Systems.

You will work with customers and partners to ensure quality installations and ongoing service, maintain equipment knowledge, and contribute to safety and security projects with professional, responsive service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Service systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems and more.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide customer training and handle on-site assessments for service needs.
• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
• Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and part descriptions.
• Other duties as assigned.
