Job summary

CAE USA is seeking an Integrated Readiness Manager to lead hardware development, subcontract activities, manufacturing and deployment readiness across multiple programs, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and regulatory standards.

You will partner with Program Management and Engineering, set operational priorities, allocate resources, and advise senior leadership on risks and execution strategies while driving continuous improvement and a culture of accountability and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated execution of hardware development, subcontract activities, manufacturing and deployment readiness across multiple programs.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, customer requirements, and program commitments.
• Partner closely with Program Management and Engineering leadership to ensure successful program execution and product delivery.
• Establish operational priorities and allocate resources to achieve schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
• Serve as a key operational advisor to senior leadership regarding program risks, resource requirements, and execution strategies.
• Support business development and proposal efforts through staffing plans, BOEs, labor forecasting, and execution planning.
