TAR is seeking a Project Scheduler in Austin to own the schedule of record for its solar+storage projects from development through COD. You will build the logic, keep baselines honest, and alert teams early when a date is at risk, driving recovery actions with project managers and EPC partners.

Qualifications

Direct scheduling experience on utility-scale renewable energy projects.
Ability to build, maintain, update and analyze schedules with baselines and progress updates.
Strong CPM scheduling fundamentals and schedule health checks.
Experience with construction sequencing across civil, mechanical, electrical scopes.

Responsabilités

Build and own integrated project schedules from development through COD in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Forecast milestones across permitting, interconnection, financing, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Monitor critical path and schedule health, flag gaps and constraints early.
Review EPC/contractor schedules and push back with findings when needed.
Identify risks, quantify impact, and propose recovery options to leadership.
Produce clear schedule updates, dashboards, and narratives for teams and investors.
Define scheduling standards and update cadences across the portfolio.
