Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in project planning, scheduling, program management, or project controls.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules for complex programs.
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or comparable tools.
• Experience performing schedule analysis, critical‑path analysis, variance analysis, forecasting, and status reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze the IMS and supporting project schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager, Project Plan Managers, Task Leads, and Resource Managers to build schedules.
• Integrate individual project schedules into the program‑level IMS to provide leadership visibility.
• Analyze schedule performance, critical paths, constraints, and emerging risks affecting cost and readiness.
• Track progress, provide status, forecasts, and trend information to program leadership.
• Coordinate with Resource Managers to identify resource requirements and constraints.
