Giga Energy is seeking a Project Scheduler to own the integrated master schedule across all active projects. You will build fully integrated schedules spanning Engineering, Procurement, Vendor, Construction, and Commissioning, driving weekly cadence and delivering decision-ready insights.

This high-visibility role requires expert Primavera P6 skills, CPM timing, EVM, and advanced Excel analytics. Based at our HQ, expect travel to Texas and California sites and a fast-paced, collaborative

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on project controls experience.
• 7+ years of scheduling experience on large industrial construction projects.
• Direct scheduling experience with Primavera P6; CPM scheduling and resource loading.
• Advanced Excel for schedule analytics, milestone tracking, EVM calculations, and scenario modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and Earned Value Management; proven schedule reporting and mitigation.
• Ability to work in a high-performance team with tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop integrated schedules across Engineering, Procurement, Vendor, Construction, and Commissioning.
• Maintain Level 3/4 master schedule from concept through energization.
• Monitor critical path and surface schedule variance with context for leadership.
• Create 'what-if' scenarios to meet objectives, accelerate delivery, or reduce risk.
• Lead weekly schedule review meetings and document decisions and actions.
