Turner & Townsend seeks a Project Controls Scope & Integration Lead based in Houston, TX. You will oversee the alignment of scope, cost, and schedule across nuclear projects, partnering with engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and operations to ensure integrated performance and governance.

The role requires 10–15+ years in project controls or major capital delivery, with strong leadership and proven ability to influence across disciplines in a highly regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• 10–15+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or major capital project delivery.
• Ability to provide strategic direction for scope, change, risk, cost, and schedule integration.
• Experience presenting performance and risk to senior leadership.
• Experience in nuclear, energy, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integration of scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change management across projects.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Support project controls governance and performance reporting.
• Coordinate scope management activities and evaluate impacts to schedule and cost.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve risks, issues, and interfaces.
• Develop integrated reporting and analytics to support project performance and regulatory compliance.
