Job summary

United Entertainment Group (UEG) is seeking a Project Director to lead complex, integrated client work from intake through delivery and financial close. This role connects Account, Strategy, Creative, Communications, Talent, Partnerships, Brand Experience, Production, Social, Finance and Resource Management to turn ambitious ideas into executable plans.

You will own end-to-end delivery, build schedules, cost estimates and staffing plans while driving collaboration across multiple disciplines in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years in project management within integrated marketing/advertising/entertainment environments.
• Proven ability to lead mid- to large-scale integrated programs from planning through execution and financial close.
• Strong scoping, estimating, staffing, scheduling, forecasting and budget management skills.
• Fluency with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and Smartsheet or similar PM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake for new assignments, clarifying objectives, deliverables, dependencies and decisions.
• Define delivery approach, scope, staffing plan, timeline and estimates with stakeholders.
• Develop and approve Statements of Work and change orders with cross-functional teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery of large, integrated programs from kickoff to wrap-up.
• Maintain briefs, schedules, status reports, logs, cost estimates and staffing plans.
• Identify risks and changes, manage escalation and change control; ensure quality and budget adherence.
