Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience in integrated marketing, communications, public relations, or related services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading complex, integrated programs with accountability for delivery and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for a portfolio of integrated client programs across workstreams and teams.
• Shape approaches, scopes, staffing, timelines, and budgets with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee forecasting, financials, and resource planning to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery and profitability.
• Advise senior stakeholders and clients on delivery strategy, performance, risks, and commercial considerations.
• Proactively identify challenges, manage competing priorities, and drive proactive problem-solving and change management.
• Establish scalable processes, governance, and quality standards to improve collaboration and efficiency.
• Coach and develop project management talent through feedback and growth opportunities.
• Champion inclusive, innovative, and continuous improvement practices across the team.
