Job summary

UnitedMasters seeks an Executive Producer to join our production leadership team. You will own the vision, quality, and health of the work from concept through final delivery, leading producers, internal teams, vendors and clients on major accounts.

You will manage budgets, guide the production process, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with account leads to ensure creative excellence while meeting deadlines and budget targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of production experience at a creative-driven company.
• Experience running accounts and managing client-facing production leads.
• After hours work and overnight travel to shoots and post sessions required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production vision and health from concept to final delivery.
• Manage producers, internal teams, vendors and clients.
• Produce large, complex jobs on time and on budget.
• Develop relationships with account leads, clients and third-party vendors.
• Mentor and grow the producers on your account and delegate tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with account leads to vet ideas and bring production solutions to the table.
• Establish processes to ensure smooth production across accounts.
• Attend shoots and post sessions to ensure top-quality output.
• Follow department policies on finances and wrap processes.
