Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA, is seeking a world-class Project Controls professional to contribute to the Skunk Works Planning Team. You will develop and maintain time-phased schedules, perform EVMS-related analyses, and support program planning across engineering, procurement, and production to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery of advanced systems.

Key responsibilities include governance of schedule baselines, applying critical path analysis, and presenting to leadership on schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.
• Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders.
• Experience with Deltek OpenPlan, Primavera, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support an integrated team to ensure successful program execution and performance.
• Develop and maintain schedules, analyze schedule impacts, and update plans.
• Apply Critical Path Methodology to schedule network development and analysis.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contracts, and production to ensure schedule alignment.
