Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced EVM Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule for a newly awarded program. The role collaborates with the Project Cost Analyst and project management team to ensure milestones align with objectives and to deliver EVM metrics and status reports.

The ideal candidate has experience in professional scheduling, EVMS requirements, and a TS/SCI clearance with willingness to poly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional program planning or project scheduling role.
• Experience with industry-standard scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Critical Path Analysis.
• Experience on a program with EIA-748 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements.
• Ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the program.
• Collaborate with Project Cost Analyst and project management personnel to align schedules with milestones.
• Perform schedule analysis and variance reporting to identify risks and mitigation actions.
• Prepare EVM metrics and status reports and conduct regular schedule reviews.
