Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Palmdale, CA seeks an Int. Program Planner Staff-Integrated Planning, Skunk Works Level 4 to coordinate across engineering, procurement, contracts, and production to ensure mission success.

The role requires a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance; you'll develop and maintain program schedules, manage baselines, and provide time-phased analysis to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with EVM including Cost / Schedule Integration.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.
• Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders.
• Experience with Deltek OpenPlan, Primavera, MS Project, or a similar tool.

Responsibilities

• Organize tasks and develop program schedules.
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production and quality control.
• Ensure on-time, in-budget delivery with quality outcomes.
• Develop and maintain schedules using planning tools.
• Provide planning guidance and drive cross-team alignment.
