Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an early-career Integrated Program Planner to join the FBM Program Planning and Documentation team at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor in Silverdale, WA. You will drive cost, schedule, and technical performance and interface with management and customers on mission-critical programs.

The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office and MS Project, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Well organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Microsoft Project (or other project management software) skills.
• Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program and senior management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Provide time-phased critical path analysis and planning data; develop solutions to conflicts.
• Ensure all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused.
• Develop planning artifacts for solicitation responses.
• Interface with program management, senior management and the customer.
• Ensure program, cost and schedule integration across schedules and artifacts.
• Develop modeling techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline.
