Lockheed Martin Space in Titusville, FL is seeking a level 4 Integrated Program Planner Manager/MRP Manager to oversee the end-to-end planning lifecycle for the FBM program. The role requires strong Planning Principles knowledge, leadership experience, and collaboration with Subcontracts, Design Engineering, and Project Engineering to procure support equipment.

You will drive schedule risk assessments, integrate cost baselines, and supervise recruitment within the planning team while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience leading teams.
Strong knowledge of planning principles.
Experience with SAP or other ERP tools.
Acute attention to detail.
Proficient with MS Office products.
US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead program planning and integration across schedule, costs, and program artifacts.
Coordinate subordinate recruitment, selection, and training for planning staff.
Communicate schedule impacts with internal/external customers and propose corrective actions.
Support end-to-end lifecycle of planning from inception to completion.
Drive risk assessments and schedule/cost baselines alignment.
