Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Cape Canaveral, FL seeks a full-time level 1 Program Planner to join the FBM program. You will support Weapons System Infrastructure and Capabilities PMs in creating and maintaining comprehensive Military Construction schedules and assist in developing program plans and schedules.

In This Role, you will develop Integrated Master Schedules, support EVM compliant schedule development, identify driving paths and perform risk analysis, delivering time-phased critical path

Qualifications

• Data analysis experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS).
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) compliant schedule development and maintenance.
• Identify Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions.
• Provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and provide recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.

As a Program Planner, you will be responsible for supporting Weapons System Infrastructure and Capabilities Project Managers in developing and maintaining comprehensive Military Construction schedules and supporting the FBM Capability Definition and Solutions organization PMs to develop program plans and schedules.

In This Role, You Will

• Support the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)
• Support Earned Value Managament (EVM) complient schedule development and maintenance
• Identify Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions
• Provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and provide recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts

Basic Qualifications

• Data analysis experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Desired Skills

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience analyzing data.
• Familiarity with a scheduling tool such as MS Project or Open Plan Professional.
• Customer service experience.
• Presentation experience.
• Familiarity with formulas, macros, pivot tables in excel.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power Query
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Experiences achieving team-oriented objectives

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
